The store is the world's first fair trade chocolate store specializing in the rare cacao species "Ariba cacao". Ariva cacao is the original species of cacao that is still cultivated by traditional natural farming in Ecuador, the birthplace of cacao, and is characterized by its fruity and mellow scent.
 The Christmas cake is a 12 cm diameter chocolate sponge with whipped cream and chocolate chips in the center, and is said to be the "ultimate chocolate cake of a chocolate specialty store", "Ultimate" (5,000) with plenty of chocolate from Ariva Cacao. (Yen) and the bright red "Curio City" (5,500 yen) using raspberry pure jelly in the image of the surface of Mars.
"Curio City is the name of the Mars probe. When you eat it, you can enjoy a different taste like digging the surface layer, so I want you to eat it with excitement as if you were exploring Mars," says the owner Kotaro Ezawa.
 Business hours are weekdays = 9:00 to 23:00 and Saturdays = 11:00 to 21:00. Closed on Sundays and public holidays. Limited to 300 Christmas cakes. Delivery is from December 21st.
