For this new chocolate, single malt Japanese whiskey is selected one by one from six distilleries in Japan.

We made bonbon chocolates that you can feel the taste of each distillery while considering the compatibility with the gorgeous scent of Ecuadorian organic alibaca cacao.

The image of the flavor is expressed by the coating color of bonbon chocolate. Whiskey ganash (raw chocolate) that melts in the mouth and is smooth is contained in a crisp, thin dark chocolate coating.

The alcohol content is about 8-9% per ganache and you can feel the liquor firmly, but since it is in the state of ganache, it spreads gently on the tongue. Please enjoy while slowly feeling various flavors.
