About Mamano
A chocolate shop specializing in 2% rare varieties of alibaca cao in the world. Founded in 2013 in Akasaka, Tokyo. Ome Kobo started in 2019.
Craftsmen produce their own chocolates by directly purchasing only the highest quality cocoa beans from organic cocoa plantations in the natural rainforests of Ecuador, Central and South America.
