We have developed it so that you can enjoy your time at home alone or with your family when you are spending more time at home before going out. For those who are new to pancake making and children can easily make it, it can be made only with milk (water).

Only milk (water) is prepared

It's easy to make, but the taste is authentic cafe sweets. The secret is that the mixed powder contains all the ingredients needed to make delicious pancakes, such as eggs, wheat, sugar and butter. Even if you don't have butter or flour, just mix it with milk (water) and bake it.

It is also characterized by the fact that it does not contain baking powder, which is rare in pancake mixes. By blending this kudzu powder instead, you can make pancakes with a chewy yet crispy texture.

The sugar used is Hokkaido-produced beet sugar, and two types of Hokkaido-produced milk powder are uniquely blended to create a dough with a modest sweetness that pays close attention to the taste of the ingredients.

The dough alone is delicious enough, but you can enjoy Mamano's special chocolate pancakes with plenty of special chocolate sauce made from alibaka cacao and citrus sugar.

Arranged into a full-fledged souffle pancake

If you love fluffy souffle type pancakes, please try the advanced arrangement. You will need an egg and a hand mixer. By whipping eggs, you can also arrange fluffy souffle pancakes. If you hold down the points firmly, you can easily make it.
