2021 harvested cacao beans (unroasted) of a rare national species (Alibacao), a traditional Ecuadorian variety. Cocoa beans cultivated by cocoa farmers in the Amazon rainforest area using the traditional agroforestry farming method (chakura farming method) that does not use pesticides or chemical fertilizers.

When roasted and served with the cacao nibs inside, you will feel the powerful aroma of floral, ripe bananas, cinnamon, nuts, coconut and the earth. It has a good balance with little sourness and bitterness, and has a strong and long gorgeous scent.

How to experience making chocolate at home
