エクアドル産のカカオ(99.7%)とバニラ(0.3%)だけで作ったクーベルチュールチョコレート。

原材料は、エクアドルアマゾンの伝統的なチャクラ農法で育てられた『アマゾンバニラ』（オドラータ種）『アリバカカオ』（ナショナル種）だけを使用しました。

アマゾンバニラの繊細な甘い香りと、アリバカカオの華やかな香り、熟した赤い果実のような風味が溶け合って、砂糖を使わないのに苦くない、ふんわりと甘い雰囲気を楽しめるチョコレートです。
