Chef Chocolatier Homma, the creator of these chocolates, will explain the chocolates announced from the winter of 2022 to 2023. I would like to proceed with the event while receiving questions and impressions from the participants during the event.
We will talk about the flow of product development, the concept of the product, how to select materials, how to enjoy it, and more! Of course, you can eat the chocolate that I will explain.
The venue will be decided around the end of February, but it will be around Akasaka-Mitsuke Station (Mamano Akasaka-Mitsuke).
It will be held twice on the same day, but participation in both times is also very welcome.
Also, during the daytime on March 4th, we will be holding a tasting and sales event for the collaboration beer "Pinky Promise" by Mamano and Kagiya Brewery at the Akasaka Mitsuke store, so please come and visit us. I'm happy.
