生チョコレートのレシピを変更いたしました。

The recipe for raw chocolate has been changed.

We changed the raw chocolate recipe from the end of May 2019.
The main changes are the following two points.

  • Finish without sprinkling cocoa powder
  • Use starch syrup

With this change, you can enjoy the taste of ganache more directly than before, and the finish is smoother. I hope you enjoy the new raw chocolate.
