A sweet and fragrant vanilla grown in the Ecuadorian Amazon with Ariva cacao using natural farming methods. After many trials, this vanilla financier has finally been completed!

The dough is moist, and the scent of fermented butter and the sweet scent of vanilla are combined to create a vanilla financier that invites happiness.

In order to bring out the sweet and complex aroma of Amazon vanilla, we paid particular attention to the burnt butter, sourness, fermented feeling, the crumbly texture of the dough, the sweetness of the ingredients, and the nuances of salt. .
