June 16th next month is Father's Day. Mamano Chocolate has started selling the first new product for Father's Day, "Ichiro Suzuki Malt Raw Chocolate".

We will offer raw chocolate using "Ichirose Malt Chichibu The Petted 2018" made at the Chichibu Distillery in Chichibu City, Saitama Prefecture as a seasonal product for Father's Day.

Whiskey is a culture that originated overseas like chocolate, but Venture Whiskey, which produces Ichirose malt, pursues authentic whiskey unique to Japan and has received the highest evaluation in the world.

Among them, "Chichibu The Petted 2018" made at Chichibu Distillery is not a blended but a single malt of Chichibu Distillery. Mamano chocolate is also manufactured at Ome Kobo while sticking to Ecuadorian single origin cacao, so we have sympathized with it and decided to commercialize it. Another big motivation was that Chocolatier Homma was a big fan of Ichiro Suzuki malt.

Our shop uses Alibaba cacao, which is directly contracted with farmers and shipped directly from Ecuador by air. Alibaba cacao is characterized by a rich and bitter taste from the gorgeous floral scent. And the "Ichiro's Malt Chichibu The Petted 2018" used this time has a sweet scent in the smoky, freshness reminiscent of pears and green apples, and a complex taste with smoky rushing after a slight acidity. The transition of the taste that runs through the weaving of the best material with such individuality is expressed in a grain of raw chocolate with Mamano's commitment. Of course, no preservatives, flavors or food additives are used. You can enjoy it with confidence.
