Introducing a collaboration parfait with SONOKO CAFE in Ginzais!

The three new parfaits are Seasonal Fruit, Berry Rose, and Matcha Shiratama.

In each case, chocolate ice made from Mamano's chocolate snow mountain (chocolate shaved ice) is attached to the top of the parfait. It will be on sale on November 18th for a limited time 👏 (end date undecided)

Background to the realization of collaboration with "SONOKO CAFE"

Following SONOKO CAFE's commitment to "non-oil, additive-free, carefully selected materials", this collaboration was realized following the summer chocolate shaved ice. Mamano Chocolate also sticks to "pesticide-free, direct trade" cacao in order to bring smiles to customers through chocolate.
